[sle-beta] Unsupported version of key: V3

Why am I still seeing so many lines of:

Warning: Unsupported version of key: V3

In November and December we were told they will soon be gone.... It's July and they are still with us with a SLES15 SP-0 GM

It would be a little more interesting if sometime it was Vn but it's always V3
