[sle-beta] docbook2X missing in SLES15 on OBS?

Hi everybody,

when trying to build lxc against SLES15 in OBS, I get an "unresolvable"
due to missing docbook2x:

"nothing provides docbook-utils, nothing provides docbook2x"

Is this just a (temporary) issue on the openSUSE OBS, or is this package
really missing in SLES15? Is my build target for SLES15 missing
something? Seems like SLES12 has this package, as I can successfully
build for SLES12...
