[sle-beta] Problems with mksusecd with --include-repos LIST option

I've created (and fixed) a bug for the long joliet file name issue: bsc#1094687

Apart from this it works just fine for me:

# mksusecd -c new.iso \
   SLE-15-Installer-DVD-x86_64-Build648.1-Media1.iso \
   SLE-15-Packages-x86_64-Build648.1-Media1.iso \
   --include-repos SLEHA15
Repositories:
   SLES15 [15-0]
   SLEHA15 [15-0]
assuming repo-md sources
El-Torito legacy bootable (x86_64)
El-Torito UEFI bootable (x86_64)
building: 100%
calculating sha256...
# ls -l new.iso 
-rw-r--r-- 1 snwint suse 721420288 May 25 14:43 new.iso

The iso boots and the installer offers the SLE and HA repos as expected.
