[sle-beta] Error while formatting partition

Hi Chetan,

forget the note about dmesg, it is already included. And it indeed looks
like the already reported bug:

Since both of the reports come from MicroFocus and right now I cannot
tell whether it is related to kernel or hardware, could you, please:

- check that you use different hardware than in the other report

- check whether you can reproduce the bug with SP4 or earlier snapshot
of SP5

Those could help asses whether it is a hardware or driver problem.
