Yes, there is no downloadable iso for Media3. Here is note from beta doc:

As a reminder Media1 contains the binaries (usual installation ISO), Media2 contains the sources and Media3 which contained debuginfo packages is _not_ provided as ISOs images anymore but available as Online Channel.
====

So, please register your SLES15 SP2 server & enable Debuginfo repos to get desired debug rpms:

Hello Suresh,

You can find them in the third ISO media provided by SuSE for SLES15 SP2. For x86_64 It would be something like: SLE-15-SP2-Full-x86_64-GMC-Media3.iso
