Hi
AFAIK now it's released you need to use a valid (as in SCC)
registration code, no issues here registering my beta installs of SLED
(x86_64) and SLES (aarch64) including installing the latest updates...

SUSEConnect -e <SCC_email> -r <regcode>

If above doesn't work, just go through the SUSEConnect delete and
cleanup routines  before trying to register.
