This update for rmt-server fixes the following issues:

- Update to version 3.2:
    * Avoid NoMethodError for rmt-cli systems list (bsc#1275439)
    * Add --product switch to rmt-client-setup-res, so customer could register
      to different supported minor releases not only latest one.
    * Re-implement RMT::Downloader to eliminate use of fibers (bsc#1276939)
    * rmt-server-pubcloud:
        + Do not return 500s for registry engine
        + Fix: rmt-server-sync failure shows Mysql2::Error:
          Record has changed since last read in table 'repositories' (bsc#1273349)
        + Fix: 500 Internal Server Error during regsharing:  ActiveRecord::StatementInvalid (bsc#1274088)
        + Fix: 500 Internal Server Error:  ActiveRecord::InvalidForeignKey (bsc#1274090)
        * Fix: ActiveRecord::Deadlocked on registration sharing push (bsc#1274092)
