This update for crypto-policies fixes the following issues:

Changes in crypto-policies:

- Remove dependency on `python3-base`, all Python scripts are now dependent on
  the primary Python interpreter directly without `/usr/bin/python3` mediation.
- Makes Makefile independent on the exact version of the Python interpreter.
