Description:


   This update for rubygem-activerecord-2_3 fixes the following security
   issue:

       * The PostgreSQL adapter for Active Record in Ruby on Rails 2.x
         allowed remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands by
         leveraging improper bitstring quoting. (CVE-2014-3482)
