   An update that solves one vulnerability and has one errata
   is now available. It includes one version update.

Description:


   This update for openstack-ceilometer fixes the following security issue:

       * CVE-2014-4615: An attacker with read access to the message queue may
         obtain authentication tokens used in REST requests (X_AUTH_TOKEN)
   that goes through the notifier middleware.

   Additionally, the following non-security issues have been fixed:

       * Set Python hash seed to 0 in tox.ini.
       * Update ensure()/reconnect() to catch MessagingError.
       * Fixes Hyper-V metrics units.
       * Disable specifying alarm itself in combination rule.
       * Fixes Hyper-V Inspector network metrics values.
       * Sync RPC module from Oslo.
       * Ensure routing key is specified in the address for a direct producer.
       * Remove token from notifier middleware.
