Description:


   This update for LVM2 and device-mapper fixes the following
   reports:

   * 512988: require dm-mirror if root on dm
   * 681470: let LVM decide the FDS limits for itself
   * 663331: reduce the verbose level of patch
   * 719896: update lvm.conf to describe the default
   setting of locking_type
   * 698459: vgcfgbackup doesn't respect vgname template
   * 694049: lvm commands failed with missing PV
   * 693997: vgcfgrestore failes if PV is missing
   * 682085: lvm2 activation should agree with the default
   filter
   * 708885: improve the overall performance of collect_lvm
   * 693987: fsadm fails growing fs with block size != 1k
   * 712539: run dmeventd only late in boot process
   * 737824: change config of lvm.conf to config(noreplace)
   * 741022: rename vgimportclone.sh to vgimportclone to
   match man page (bnc#741022)
