Description:


   This update provides SBLIM Testsuite to 1.3.0, which was
   included in SLE11  SP2:

   * fixed recognition of arrays in consistency's property
   test
   * new modifyInst attribute is not recognized in assoc
   test
   * association call's syntax not sufficient
   * migrate provider licenses to EPL
