   An update that has two recommended fixes can now be
   installed.

Description:


   This update for mkinitrd provides the following fixes:

   * The /sbin/installkernel script has been fixed to
   install the /boot/vmlinux-* image which is used by e.g.
   kdump.
   * initrd images generated in fully virtualized Xen and
   Hyper-V guests also include PV drivers to continue working
   if the virtualization setup changes to PV.


Patch Instructions:

   To install this SUSE Recommended Update use YaST online_update.
   Alternatively you can run the command listed for your product:

   - SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP1 for VMware:

      zypper in -t patch slessp1-mkinitrd-5781

   - SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP1:

      zypper in -t patch slessp1-mkinitrd-5781

   - SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 11 SP1:

      zypper in -t patch sledsp1-mkinitrd-5781

   To bring your system up-to-date, use "zypper patch".
