   An update that has two recommended fixes can now be
   installed.

Description:


   This update for libpcap fixes handling of VLAN headers on
   devices which do  hardware VLAN tagging and stripping.
   Additionally, it improves  compatibility with kernels that
   don't support PACKET_RESERVE.
