   installed. It includes one version update.

Description:


   The latest update to timezone 2014c introduced changes in the binary format
   of timezone files generated by zic(1) to improve handling of low-valued
    timestamps. This change caused problems for some applications that rely
    on the stability of the binary format, so this update reverts it.
