   This update provides sle2docker version 0.4.2, which brings the following
   fixes:

   - Reduce the chances of timeout errors while activating Docker images on
     VMs with bad I/O.
   - Fix wrong documentation inside of README.md.
   - Fix formatting inside of man page.
