Description:
This update for kdump provides the following fixes:
- Create a bind mount from /root to /kdump/root. (bsc#962103)
- Update kdump initial ram disk at runlevels 3 or 5. (bsc#943214)
- Refresh initrd if /etc/hosts is changed. (bsc#943214)
- Create symlinks to /root instead of bind mounts. (bsc#941834)
- Reload kdump only once if multiple udev events happen in parallel.

- Fix an endianity issue. (bsc#932339)
- Use kernel config to check if a kernel is relocatable. (bsc#932339)
