   enhancements:

   - Support for new storage SDK features:
     - Creation of storage accounts.
     - Creation of storage containers.
   - Support for TCP/UDP forwarding rules.
   - Support for instance data disk management.
   - Support for multiple azurectl account management.
   - Support for reserved IP's.
