   - Use CATALOGID for mirroring a specific repository. (bsc#1007543)
   - Fix help message when adding a custom repository and check for valid
     custom repository id. (bsc#1004714)
   - Support namespace option for SUSEConnect. (bsc#1012116)
   - Add option to deregister a system using SUSEConnect. (bsc#1012116)
   - do not remove the .mirror file during repository cleaning with
     "smt-mirror --clean" (bsc#1013854)
