Description:

   This update for python-ravello-sdk provides version 2.4 and brings the
   following fixes and improvements:

   - Added api call to get storage charges for bp.
   - Update get_detailed_charges_for_blueprint() args, error handling and
     description.
   - Remove ;design from POST.
   - Add share API.
   - Add cost bucket and cost alert definition calls (beta feature).
