   An update that has two recommended fixes can now be
   installed.

Description:


   This update for netcfg provides the following fixes:

   - Update script to generate services to use UTF8 by default. (bsc#1028305)
   - Repack services.bz2 with latest from upstream and adjust the script to
     not add all the names and emails at the bottom of the file. (bsc#959693)
