Description:

   This update for crowbar, -core, -ha -openstack and rubygem-crowbar-client
   brings the latest version provided by the OpenStack-upstream project and
   fixes the following issues:

   crowbar:

   - Trust PTF-repository key.
   - Fix admin node timezone detection.

   crowbar-core:

   - bind: Set transfer-source to avoid xfer failures. (bsc#1036601)
   - network: Use wicked to control bond slaves. (bsc#1035127)
   - network: Set MTU for VLAN parent interface. (bsc#1024279)
   - Unclaimed disks: Improve handling of multipath devices. (bsc#1031065)
   - network: Add support for xmit_hash_policy. (bsc#1033917)
   - network: Allow custom MTU for all networks. (bsc#1024277)

   crowbar-ha:

   - pacemaker: Use discovered BMC address. (bsc#1035215)

   crowbar-openstack:

   - Adjust neighbor table thresholds. (bsc#1035923)

   rubygem-crowbar-client:

   - Fix create proposal from file and data. (bsc#1037374)
