   This update for openstack-dashboard-theme-SUSE,
   openstack-horizon-plugin-gbp-ui fixes the following issues:

   - openstack-horizon-plugin-gbp-ui:
     + Unifies the compute and GBP member launch modals
     + Replaces multi select combos with transfer tables
     + Removes and simplifies GBPUI templates
     + Update templates in policytargets section
     + Remove unused logging import
     + Remove patterns call from urls
     + Fix template names in policy targets view
     + Fix mistakes in descriptions

   - openstack-dashboard-theme-SUSE:
     + Fix horizon reload in the HA case
