Description:

   This update for crowbar-core fixes the following issues:

   - crowbar_batch: Fix host_by_alias.
   - Refactor calculation of Chef log lines to output.
   - Rename variables for clarity.
   - Wrap lines from Chef logs in <pre> element.
   - Refactor #get_log_lines to avoid duplication.
   - Fix name of argument to #get_log_lines to reflect reality.
