Description:

   This update for openssl-1_1 fixes the following issues:

   - Suggest libopenssl1_1-hmac from libopenssl1_1 package to avoid
     dependency issues during updates. (bsc#1090765)
   - Relax CN name restrictions. (bsc#1084011)
