Description:

   This update for caasp-openstack-heat-templates fixes the following issues:

   - Allow flannel vxlan traffic (bsc#1099499)
   - Fix generated VM names
   - Use SSH root password provided by user
   - Update installation procedure for README.me
   - Remove old public key
   - Add shorter VM names
