   An update that has three recommended fixes can now be
   installed.

Description:

   This update for libica fixes the following issues:

   - Add libica-2_3_0 to libica-tools to fix a problem with upgrading from
     SLES12 SP2 to either SLES12 SP3/SP4, or SLES15. (bsc#1112655)
   - Add libica2 to libica-tools to fix a problem with upgrading from SLES12
     SP2 to either SLES12 SP3/SP4, or SLES15. (bsc#1046435, bsc#1104638)
