Description:

   This update for hwinfo provides the following fixes:

   - Add script tp update PCI and USB IDs. (fate#326431)
   - Adjust hwinfo know about RISC-V.
   - Update git2log script.
   - Fix curl commands.
   - Fix ID of S-Par storage controller. (bsc#1107196)
   - Add network interfaces found on mdio bus. (bsc#1018271)
   - The location of the S-Par drivers virtual buses has changed.
     (bsc#1107196)
   - Ensure udev device links are unique. (bsc#1084700)
