Description:

   This update for bash provides the following fix:

   - Allow process group assignment on all kernel versions to fix the usage
     of debug traps. (bsc#1057452)
   - Fix a crash when filesystem is full. (bsc#1076909)
   - Enable multi-byte characters by default.
