Description:


   This updates kubernetes to version 1.8.7. For all changes since the
   previous release please check the package changelog.

   With this also dex has been updated to version 2.7.1.


   Additionally some bugs have been fixed:

   docker:

   - Trim trailing slashes of registry and mirror URLs (bnc#1081520)

   velum:

   - The alert notifying the user that the bootstrap has failed was
     overriding the type of any previous alert that were on the page. This
      was causing some confusing to some users (bsc#1069258)
   - AutoYaST: disable creation of swap (bsc#1043813, bsc#1075001)
   - Reuse filter logic for known hosts (bsc#1071500)
