   - "NaN ns" in Dashboard (bsc#1065590)
   - stage 3: don't update ceph packages, only install (bsc#1071719)
   - upgrade missing ceph.packages.remove (bsc#1064439)
   - add: rolling updates for osds (bsc#1068622)
   - add: restart detection for services (bsc#1068626)
