   - Switch to pbr
   - Add chunked migration using fetchmany
   - Enhance travis file
   - Fix python3.6 tests
   - add missing nosetest to test-requirements.txt
   - Add missing "PyYAML" to the requirements
   - Add installation instructions
   - Add missing Requires on PyYAML
   - Filter out some SQLalchemy warnings
   - Fix typo in setup.py
   - Add first shot at DbDataMigrator tests
   - Note explicitly that batch option is usable for migration too.
   - Setup SQLalchemy TypeDecorator for converting some types
   - Update README for module changes
   - Add mock to test-requirements
