   An update that has three recommended fixes can now be
   installed.

Description:

   This update for velum fixes the following issues:

   - Fix alter_time format when deleting old data (bsc#1112967)
   - Check the admin for `tx_update_reboot_needed`, not the minions
     (bsc#1108740)
   - cloud_cluster: fix current_cluster_size (bsc#1113316)
