Description:
   This update brings ReaR version 2.3a and brings many fixes and
   improvements provided from upstream.
   Following are the most notable fixes:
   - Fix handling of comments in disklayout.conf. (bsc#1106776)
   - Fixed an issue where restoring a backup could fail if the backup-URL is
     an iso. (bsc#1104499)
   - Simplified and enhanced GRUB2 installation for PPC64/PPC64le.
     (bsc#1103081)
   - Initial tentative support for OBDR on ppc64le. (bsc#1099901)
   - Wait for systemd-udevd to avoid broken pipe error. (bsc#1095088)
   - Avoid duplicate UUID in boot menuentry when snapper is used.
