   An update that has four recommended fixes can now be
   installed.

Description:

   This is a regular SLES 12 SP3 base container update.

   Additionally, the following issues have been fixed:

   - Remove autogenerated files (bsc#1098535)
   - Use "latest" and 2.0.2 as tags. (bsc#1108819)
   - Use kubic-locale-archive instead of glibc-locale (bsc#1108836)
