   An update that has two recommended fixes can now be
   installed.

Description:

   This update for ldb fixes the following issues:

   - Remove python-talloc-devel from %if %else block, since the py3 build
     should not remove py2 dependencies. (bsc#1108164)
   - Update license to LGPL 3.0 or later. (bsc#1109571)
