   - Scheduling pods with automatic PersistentVolumenClaim doesn't work
   - Configuring CPI for ECP makes bootstrap fail (bsc#1103873)
   - OpenStack Cloud Provider config file doesn't exist (bsc#1111361)
   - added openstack fields info and required validation (bsc#1097817)
   - Deleting a node during setup phase fails in Velum and does not remove
     the virtual machine (bsc#1117152)
   - Filter field description is confusing (bsc#1109293)
   - require uglifier only during packaging (bsc#1118907)
