Description:

   This update for libteam fixes the following issues:

   - teamd: do correct l3/l4 tx hashing with vlans(bsc#1115225)
   - Do not set Collecting & Distributing & Synchronization bit in LACPDUs
     for the ports associated with standby agg.
   - LACP: INFO_STATE_AGGREGATION not set on first port when subsequent ports
     join team
