   * Updated section that describes CRUSH rules (bsc#1132696)
   * Fixed typo in picture's title (bsc#1121999)
   * Improved wording and text-flow of a pragraph (bsc#1112978)
   * Removed MySQL from copyright notice as it is not used in SES product
     (bsc#1135616)
   * Enabling image journaling on all new images has negative impact on
     performance (bsc#1134734)
   * Use words intead of cryptic numbers for Ceph's 'rbd_default_features'
     option
