   - ndctl/namespace: Skip zero namespaces when processing all namespaces.

   - Add -fcommon flag on Tumbleweed. (bsc#1160286)
   - Fix 'ndctl enable-namespace all' fails trying to enable idle namespaces.

   - ndctl/dimm: Fix init-labels success reporting. (bsc#1156308)
   - ndctl/namespace: Handle 'create-namespace' in label-less mode.
     (bsc#1145471)
   - ndctl: Use the same align value as original namespace on reconfigure.
     (bsc#1145577)
   - ndctl/lib: Fix duplicate bus detection. (bsc#1145573)
   - ndctl/list: Introduce region capability objects. (bsc#1145772)
   - ndctl, check: Ensure mmap of BTT sections work with 64K page-sizes.
