Description:
   This update for filesystem fixes the following issue:
   - Add `/usr/lib/sysusers.d` to the directories list.
     Some packages are using `user` and `group` configuration from dedicated
   packages based on `sysuser-tools` package. This package writes
   configuration files into a directory that was missing on SLE-12 older than
   SP2.
