Description:

   This update for grafana fixes the following issues:

   Change directory permissions and owner on
   /etc/grafana/provisioning/dashboard tree (bsc#1158846)

   * new owner and perms are root:root 755, to match grafana 6
   * old version conflicts with packages that install dashboards
