* 95iscsi: fix ipv6 target discovery. (bsc#1172807)
* 35network-legacy: correct conditional for creating did-setup file.

- Update to version 049.1+suse.148.gc4a6c2dd:
* 95fcoe: load 'libfcoe' module as a fallback. (bsc#1173560)
* 99base: enable the initqueue in both 'dracut --add-device' and 'dracut
--mount' cases. (bsc#1161573)
