Description:

   This update for flatpak fixes the following issues:

   - Fix for missing directories by creating a 'skeleton flatpak' repository
     using 'flatpak remotes' instead of creating the directory manually.
     (bsc#1172316, bsc#1169619, bsc#1170416)
