Description:
   This update for pacemaker fixes the following issues:
   - Fixes handling of fence-agents through its parameters in pacemaker
     (bsc#1171372)
   - Implement priority fencing delay to make a coordinated, successful
     fencing in case of 'split-brain'. (jsc#ECO-1611, jsc#SLE-12237)
