   An update that has three recommended fixes can now be
   installed.

Description:

   This update for cloud-init contains the following fixes:

   - rsyslog warning, '~' is deprecated: (bsc#1170154)
     + replace deprecated syntax '& ~' by '& stop' for more information
       please see https://www.rsyslog.com/rsyslog-error-2307/.

     + Explicitly test for netconfig version 1 as well as 2.

     + Handle netconfig v2 device configurations (bsc#1171546, bsc#1171995)

   like YaST online_update or "zypper patch".
