Description:

   This update for dracut fixes the following issues:

   - Suppress error in '%post' when 'vconsole.conf' is not present.
     (bsc#1154043)
   - 01fips: Use correct kernel image name for more platforms (bsc#1164076)
   - 01fips: Handle loading SHA1 accelerated modules on machines without AVX
     (bsc#1160318)
