   An update that has three recommended fixes can now be
   installed.

Description:

   This update for ndctl fixes the following issues:

   - ndctl/test: Relax dax_pmem_compat requirement (bsc#1159523)
   - Add -fcommon flag on Tumbleweed (bsc#1160286).
   - Fix 'ndctl enable-namespace all' fails trying to enable idle namespaces
     (bsc#1165509 ltc#182068).
