Description:

   This update for python-kiwi fixes the following issues:

   - Fix string formatting to match flake8 criteria
   - Skip filesystem check for XFS as it is not strictly necessary before
     resizing, and in some cases it may even prevent resizing by giving an
     error. (bsc#1174009)
