Description:

   This update for resource-agents fixes the following issues:

   - Fixed an issue when customers experience issues with azure-events
     resource agent with 'URLError'. (bsc#1180590)
   - Fixed an issue when 'ethmonitor' bloats journal with warnings for VLAN
     devices. (bsc#1177796)
